Tuesday Night Musing of Gratefulness:)

As we head into the Thanksgiving Holiday we just wanted to express a brief note of gratefulness to each of you, our members, and coaches, and the extended families who all support Helo! We also wanted to make a note that at times like these, where some do not have family, a home, or food to celebrate, we ourselves realize how lucky we are and we ask that you take a moment to give your loved ones a hug and be grateful for all that you do have this Turkey Day – as its easy to forget the small things in the midst of the holiday season.  Finally, we wanted you to know that for those doing the charity marathon Turkey Row this year – we will be making the donation to the Volunteers of America Utah and specifically the Youth Resource Center, which is a 30 bed overnight homeless shelter for homeless or at risk youth between the ages of 15 and 22, who serve hundreds of youth during the day.  We love each and every one of you, and hope everyone has a lovely and lighthearted turkey day come this Thursday!

On Thursday at 4:50/5:00 a.m.: Brian, Daniel, Kayla, Jake, Ben, Steph, Mason, Keith, Alecio, Jay, Jamie, Brandon; 6:30/6:45 a.m.: Sasha, Tiff, Julia, Katrina, Brett, Tamra, Mal, Chris, Jenn, Bruce, Darrin, and Kauri. We can change heats if someone needs it just let Alecio know!
