Attention
Some killer recipes that Jessica found! She brought some of the brownies to the noon class.  If you were lucky enough to be there then you tasted the AMAZINGNESS!  Try them you won’t regret it.  But not to many ;),  

Most amazing brownies
16 oz almond butter
3/4 c honey
2 large eggs
1 tb vanilla
1/2 cup cocoa powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
oven 350. grease 9×13 with coconut oil. Mix all ingredients together pour in pan and spread evenly. Bake 20-25 min.  (middle will fall when you take it out….it’s still delish)

Granola bars
wet ingredients (heat in pan on low when all is melted, turn off heat and let it sit for 10 min)
1/4 c coconut oil
1/4 c maple syrup
1/4 c almond butter

 Dry ingredients (mix in a bowl)
1/3 c. raw pumpkin seed
1/3 c. salted almond slivers
1/2 c. salted sunflower seeds
1/4 c. enjoy life chocolate chips (optional @ Harmons/wholefoods)
1/3 c. raisins
OVEN 325
Mix all the dry ingredients together and then pour the wet ingredients over top mixing well.  Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper and pour mixture on top. Push down on mixture to make it flat like granola bars. Bake 25-30 min until golden or bubbly. Let cool for 15 min.
