Attention:  We have 2 exciting announcements! First, we are going to be starting a Teens CrossFit Helo Class – with a name, date and time to be determined but it’s coming very soon! We would like some feedback from any parents who have teenagers (13 years of age to 17) on the class as we are thinking of running it Monday through Thursday, starting at either 3:30 p.m. or 3:45 p.m.  Also, we are looking to get it out to all High school Coaches in all sports and if there are any ideas on the best way to get the word out – we are all ears! And, second, for everyone who personally helped us move on the Friday through Sunday (or provided supplies or materials) – we are hosting a Thank you Private Party at Delton’s Bowling at 3693 West Meadow Spring Lane, in Riverton, on Saturday, October 19th from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. There is a private back area, 4 lanes with 8 people to a lane, a pool table, and a dart board etc.  We will be having a sign up on the board and we may let others attend for a cost of some kind depending on availability:):) This is just a small way for us to say thank you to you all and show our appreciation on a night that should be a lot of fun!
