WOD

For Time:
2 x 1000/800 Meter Row, Ski Or Bike,
4 x 500/400 Meter Row, Ski Or Bike,
6 x 250/200 Meter Row, Ski Or Bike.
For the bike the distance is x 2.
1 Minute Rest between Rounds.
Goal is to maintain pace during each set but be
able to increase pace when distance increases.
Challenge is to maintain good technique.
