Today starts the beginning of the CrossFit Games season! At 6 pm they will announce the first workout and then two of the top men will go head to head live! You can see all this at crossfitgames.com or download the CrossFit Games App.  I’m so happy to see that so many members decided to take the challenge and sign up for the Open!  Friday nights are going to be a blast!
