WOD

EMOM x 20 Minutes:
Odd Minutes Movement 1,
Even Minutes Movement 2.
Athletes get to pick to movements that
they want to work-on or do. Examples
are things like double-unders, muscle-ups,
overhead squats or sandbags. Pick two movements
and work on them!

Attention: If you have signed up for the open and plan on doing the Wod other then on Friday night, please sign up for the class that you want to do it during on the whiteboard or text Alecio so he can prepare accordingly!
