Happy Halloween!
EMOM x 20 Minutes:

Odd Minutes Movement 1,
Even Minutes Movement 2.
Athletes get to choose two movements that
they want to work on or do. Examples
are things like rope clean and jerk, rope climbs, double-unders, muscle-ups,
handstand push-ups, overhead squats, pull-ups,
or sandbags. Pick two 
and work on them!

Attention:  Remember, only a 4:30 p.m. wod so everyone can enjoy the Trick or Treaters and watch out for the little ones on the road! Also, starting Monday, we will be doing our Monthly Challenges again – it will be twofold with a physical challenge as well as a new mental aspect! So stay tuned! Finally, next week our CrossFit Teen Class is starting  as well for teenagers (aged 13 through 17) at 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., and will now be running Monday through Thursdays!
