5 Rounds For Reps
1 Minute At Each Station:
Box Jumps 24/20,
Kettlebell Swings 53/35,
Russian Twists 20/14,
Rest.

Attention:  There will only be a 7 a.m. wod and then the 8 a.m. Powerlifting Class! The bus taking everyone up to Mountain Meltdown will be arriving at 10:45 a.m. so please get there by like 10:35 a.m. as we want to be loaded and out of there by 10:55 a.m.  Couple things to keep in mind – we will be at elevation up there, so if you feel out of breath, etc. just remember to slow down; and second, some of you are going to be out there for over an hour where it will be not a bad idea to have something extra with you – we will have GUs for you to take with you and I recommend you take one 15 mins before  your start.  Finally, because there will be a brewery there this year, open alcohol is not permitted so if bringing anything, make sure you have water bottles etc.  The first individual heats go at 12:50 p.m. for us and the Helo teams go at 1:50 p.m.  at the Olympic Park in Park City! Any friends and family that want to come – please bring them (our sitter will be bringing Tristan and River for example:)! Also, if anyone wants to bring chairs or a pop up tent that would be awesome!
