Teams of 2
For 10 Minutes:
Max reps tire flips + 400 meter sandbag carry,
For 10 Minutes:
Max 75′ sled push + farmer carry.
(Remember to wear something that can get dirty)

Attention: Please remember to sign up online for which Murph wod you want to do (there is a sign in for Monday at 8:45 a.m. or 10 a.m.).  Also, the Murph shirts are in! If you pre-ordered they are $25! We have ordered some extra although there only a few and they will be $30:)
