Teams of 2 complete the following for time:
150 Sit-ups, 1 partner works, the other hold a plank,
150 Slam balls, 1 partner works, the other hangs from bar,
150 Burpees, 1 partner works, the other does a wall sit,
150 Sit-ups, 1 partner works, the other holds a plank.
For those who want more we have a special treat!

Attention:  For those of you doing the Park City Mountain Meltdown or Ragnar, we will be meeting at the Box on Sunday morning and heading up to do the course. It’s at 9 a.m. so we will meet at the Box at 8 a.m.!
