20 Clean & Jerks 205/145.

Attention: Healthy Lifestyle Challenge Goers! Hang in there – one more weekend! Turn in your logs as normal by noon and then on Tuesday turn them in again and you are done! Julia will be in doing measurements and after photos at 10 a.m. and then again on Sunday during Open Gym and then on Monday night at 5:30 p.m. while KP will be there doing extra in action pics in the box which are always kind of fun to have some professional photos to show your hard work! Then on Tuesday night, Julia will be there from 4:30 p.m. onwards doing everyone who is left’s final measurements and after pics.  Finally, please note if you get your measurements done early – you are still required to eat clean and turn in a log through Tuesday (the last day of the challenge) if you want to be in the running for the prizes! You will also need to e-mail 3 unedited before and unedited after photos to Julia (please do not put them in a collage) at julia@crossfithelo.com as we also require those to determine the winners.
