Whitney’s B-day Wod!
“Big Clean Complex”

6 Sets of the Following Complex:
High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Push Press,
High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Push Jerk,
High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Split Jerk,

1 complex = all 12 reps without dropping the bar. Rest as needed between the sets.
Goal is to build in weight each set. Athletes can also power clean
if legs are too trashed from 19.1.

Attention:  What a fun night at Helo!! You guys and gals are awesome!! 19.1 and our First Friday Night Lights of 2019 was a great throwdown! The Matterhorn served up some delicious French Toast and there was just an amazing effort and a lot of laughs afterward – can’t wait to see next week!
