3 Rounds for time:
20 Backwards singles jump ropes,
100 Meter run,
20 V-ups,
100 Meter run,
20 Hip extensions,
100 Meter run.

Attention:  As a reminder, we ask athletes to stay home if you are not feeling well.  More importantly, regarding the Kids’ Room Rules, it also indicates that if your children are sick, please do not bring them.  We cannot stress enough to respect this so others are not harmed by exposure because we are all in a small space and it is no fun to be stuck at home because someone else did not take responsibility and brought a sick child to the box. We appreciate and know we all try our best on this but ask that everyone try a bit harder on this front – thank you.
