WOD

With a 13 minute clock Run 1 mile.
Then AMRAP:
5 Handstand push-ups,
10 Ring dips,
15 Push-ups.

Attention:  First, Alecio and Kyle spent the last three days at the Outlaw Science and Precision Series camp addressing Olympic lifts, gymnastics, sports specific skills, and competition programming. This was provided by Rudy and his Outlaw team which included Games Athletes and some of the best Olympic weightlifters in the nation.  Alecio is excited to pass on some of the cutting edge training and good stuff to you guys!  Second, on Wednesday, the Road to Retro Games group should remember to turn in their final log and come in the evening to get their final measurements and post pictures taken!!! Julia will be there at 6:30 p.m.  Third, on Friday, at 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., the first trial kids classes will be starting! Waivers will be available by Wednesday night, if not earlier so make sure you pick one up if you signed up.  The classes are full.   Fourth, on Friday, because the Retro Games is going on and we have several teams entered, there will be a 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 pm Wod but no 6:30 p.m. Wod.  Fifth, on Saturday,there will be no Wods as we encourage everyone to go cheer on your fellow members at the Retro Games!!!!! We will post more details on location, times later in the week.   Finally, rather than Mobility Monday, below is a video of Rudy comparing two athletes muscle-ups in slow motion, which may help some of you with your muscle-ups and is an interesting video to review, as it has parallels to other movements.
