Attention:  With summer upon us and the busy bees you all are – we are going to stop the Specialty Courses until the fall and put into effect summer hours – so going forward there will be no Olympic Lifting Classes or Powerlifting Classes to let you all enjoy your summer nights and saturday mornings!
