Attention: First, for the 4th of July there will be our Second Annual Beer Mile Run and festivities where Manny will be defending his title! There will only be 1 wod on the 4th and a modified schedule on the 3rd – details to come.  Second, for those of you kicking booty on the Challenge – please note that if you do not get your vegetables in (separate from your carb) – you will lose 1 of your 2 food points for the day as your meal will be deemed incomplete – i.e. eat your spinach or asparagus:)
