Attention: First, we have a new local Utah Magazine that is going to be doing an article on CrossFit Helo and women in fitness for its September issue, where the photographer will be at the 10 a.m. Wod this Saturday and it would be great if any and all of our athletes, and our ladies in particular could make that Wod! Second, this Saturday at 8:00 a.m. Preston will be teaching the Powerlifting class, where this first one will be free for all our members to try!
