AMRAP 20 Minutes:
25 Wall balls 20/14,
100 Meter sprint.
Teams of 2. One partner works the other rests.

Attention:  Regarding the Softball team in the fall!  We are excited as it looks like we have at least enough people interested to put in 1 team for sure and maybe 2 if there are 12 more people. Here’s what we are looking for:  6 guys and 6 girls, on Monday nights, who are committed to 3 weeks of double-headers with games starting from 6:15 p.m. to 9:15 p.m.  Since we want to get the team signed up as soon as we can, please let Alecio know asap:) Also, for the Whole30ers doing the Challenge – we are in the home stretch! Even if it is not going perfectly stick with it and you will be so happy you did!
