In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, who was killed in Afghanistan on June 28th, 2005.

 This workout was one of Mike’s favorites and he’d named it ‘Body Armor.’ Today we honor a focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is.

Attention:  Only 2 classes at 8:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. with the BBQ to follow! Also, this is a fun fact for anyone doing the Challenge – the BBQ to follow is actually a free meal and you will not be penalized (you don’t even have to write your meal down during it) for what you eat, so long as you attend the Helo BBQ:) Everyone is welcome to the BBQ and spike ball tournament (even if you don’t know how to play and/or didn’t write your name on the board to the BBQ!) The BBQ will happen and tourney will happen rain or shine – so come out and have some fun:)
