Attention:  Remember we will be doing Murph on Memorial Day next Monday – There will be holiday wod times and a BBQ to follow! We hope you will spend it with us as we hang out after working hard, and usually there are games of the can jam/spike ball/corn hole variety! Wods will be at 8:30 and 10:00 a.m with the BBQ starting after the second wod – if you plan on coming, please sign up on the Board for a wod time and what you are bringing:) The Beach Body Challenge also starts on Tuesday, so if you haven’t got your measurements done, make sure you come in on Monday night during the 6:30 p.m. Wod as Julia will be doing measurements then! Finally, Preston’s Powerlifting Class will be moved this week from Saturday morning to Thursday night at 7:30 p.m.
