Rest 1 Minute Between Rounds.

Attention:  The Challenge is starting and will go until Friday, June 28th! If you want to be a part of it, Monday (today) is the last day to sign up, get your money in and get your pictures taken! Julia will be doing measurements and photos during the 5:30 p.m. wod after the 4:30 p.m. wod.  Also, Julia spoke with the Dexa Body Scan person and if a group wants to make a field trip to go to their office, it sounds like Saturday at around 2:30 p.m. would work and the prices would be the same. If anyone is interested in going please let her know as we would prob need 3 or more peeps!
