AMRAP in 5 Minutes:
9 Handstand push-ups,
6 Bar facing burpees,
3 Snatches 165/115.

Attention:  First, there will be no Olympic Lifting Class on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.  Second, for those of you wanting to get a jump on your summer fitness – we will be doing our standard Beach Body Challenge around mid-May and going through to the beginning of July! Finally, we have a discount for 8 tickets to the Games as affiliate owners.  If any of you want to go, please let us know by this Tuesday.   2 of the tickets are spoken for by Derek M. where if we haven’t heard from anyone, we will hand the code to him and you will have to talk to him from there!
