Attention: First, congratulations to Heidi on winning the January Turkish Get-Up challenge and come on in to see what we have in store for you in February! Second, to those of you doing the Challenge – hang in there as the end is almost in sight, the last official day is Tuesday, February 12th! For those of you that want some extra fitness pictures who have done the Challenge, KP will be at the box on Monday, February 11th, at 5:30 p.m. doing some posed photos which we offer for free to you just to show off your hard work! And finally, Shawn’s last day is supposed to have been tomorrow at 5 a.m. but due to the weather, he will not be there as he is heading out early – he said he will def be back in and stop by to say hi, but we just wanted to wish him well as he heads into his new job. We are so grateful to have had him at the box for the last couple of years as he is everything that we would want at Helo! Congrats Shawn – you will be missed!
