WOD

CrossFit Total:
Back squat,
Shoulder press,
Deadlift.
Score is the total of all three lifts.
Athletes only get three attempts at each lift.

Attention:  No 5 a.m. Wod.  Also, on Friday, there will be no 4:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m., or 6:30 p.m. Wods because those times will be reserved for the athletes competing in the Open! In addition, if you are competing in the Open make sure you sign up as that helps us plan for logistics and further, all who enter get put into the raffle for 1 custom pair of Nike Metcons that will be drawn on the last Friday!
