150 Wall Balls For Time.

Attention: Last week of the Challenge! It ends on Wednesday, February 13th, and KP will be at the box doing some extra fun photos starting shortly after 6 p.m. that night (there will be no 6:30 p.m. Wod on Wednesday but there will be a Kids Class), so look pretty and wear workout clothes.  Please turn in your log Wednesday night after your dinner meal or by Thursday at noon.  Julia will be doing final measurements and pics before and after the 5:30 p.m. Wod as well as on Tuesday, and Julia will be doing measurements on Wednesday night during the 4:30 and 5:30 p.m. Wods before the photos.  If you think you might be in the running for prizes, by end of day on Thursday, can you please send 3 unedited photos (do not put in a collage) of your “Befores” from front, side and back, and 3 unedited photos of your “Afters” same poses to Julia at julia@crossfithelo.com.  Hang in for 3 more days and also look for a note on Wednesday night about how to transition/and or maintain if you are looking to continue with your new habits after the Challenge is over:)
