WOD

5 Rounds for time:
5 Bar muscle-ups,
5 Pistols each leg,
5 Shoulder to overhead 185/125.

ATTENTION:  First, as we are heading into the last week and a half of the challenge – it’s a very tight race!  You guys are doing great and this will be the time to really tighten up with your eating and get in those wods. The finish line is in sight so keep up the excellent effort!  Second, next week we will be talking about the CrossFit Open and the CF Helo Team.  The CrossFit Open is 5 Wods – 1 every Week, and while for some it is the road to the CrossFit Games – for others, it’s a fun way to spend a few Fridays supporting each other, being accountable as part of a team, and challenging yourself to see what you are capable of!  Stay tuned for more information or feel free to ask one of your coaches!
