Attention:  First, we are doing our Annual Helo Fitness Challenge starting on January 7th, and Julia will be doing the talk this Thursday, the 3rd, at the 6:30 p.m. Wod (please attend so that we don’t have to explain it multiple times).  Both Members and Coaches are welcome to do this Challenge! Also, as some extra incentive or motivation, we are highlighting a couple of members who recently finished working with Alecio over the last 3 months! Tiff lost 10 pounds and 5.5 inches; Kim lost 22 pounds and 15.5 inches; and Cam lost 13 pounds and 9 inches! With hard work and dedication you can head into the Open feeling great and looking like a lean, mean fighting machine! Second, there will be no 5:30 p.m., 6:30 p.m., or Blackhawks class and on New Year’s Day there will only be a 10 a.m. Wod! Finally, starting in the month of January, we will be doing Bring a Friend Thursdays again, starting on January 10th!
