Attention:  First, we are excited to announce that we are doing a Healthy Lifestyle Challenge starting this Friday, January 3, 2020 and going through Tuesday, February 11, 2020.  It’s a new Challenge where Julia will be doing the first talk tomorrow night (Monday night) at 6:30 p.m. and a second talk on Thursday night at 6:30 p.m.  The talk will be the same both nights but we are encouraging everyone to attend if they can so want to give more than 1 chance to hear it.  (You must attend a talk to do the Challenge).  It is simpler or easier than others we have done in the past, because you log less than you have in the past.  Also, there are no negative points and all foods are allowed, although real and clean foods are preferred.  Come and check it out! Julia will be doing measurements and before photos after the talk on Monday night, she will also be there after the 4:30 p.m. class on Tuesday doing measurements, after the Wednesday class, and on Thursday night as well, during the 5:30 p.m. class, and after the talk that night.  The entry is $20 and there will be 8 winners (first and second place with 2 males and 2 females) between the 2 different categories.  The winners receive cash prizes! Second, regarding the schedule this week, Monday is normal, Tuesday (New Year’s Eve) there will be no 5:30 p.m. or 6:30 p.m. classes and on Wednesday (New Year’s Day) there will only be 1 wod at 10 a.m.  Thursday will be back to regular classes.
