Attention

We will be having a holiday schedule this week so please check the classes/sign up before you come in. Monday and Tuesday will be a normal schedule.  On Wednesday there will be no 9am or 6:30pm class. On Turkey day we will have a WOD only at 9am for those who want to come in before the big feast.  As a special bonus, we are going to allow members to bring family or friends to this one WOD (we will scale for them as needed). This should be a fun event! On Friday there will be no 9am, 12pm or 6:30pm classes. Saturday will return to a normal schedule. We also want to wish a happy birthday to Chad! His B-day WOD will be forthcoming!
