Teams of 3
AMRAP in 21 minutes:
3 Burpees,
6 Dumbbell Thrusters 55/35,
9/6 Calorie Bike.
One person works while the other 2 rest.

Attention: First, for Bring a Friend or Family Member Day, just make sure you get there at least 5 mins early to fill out a waiver! Second, we are excited about the Turkey Row where we got a lot of people signed up and we have gotten laser engraved custom Helo 20 oz coffee cups/tumblers this year for our participants which we are pretty stoked about! Also, the charity that we will be making the donation to this Thanksgiving is going to be for a homeless teens program, through the Volunteers of America, Utah’s Youth Resource Center, which serves homeless and at-risk youth, ages 15-22, along the Wasatch Front, and we will keep you posted with more details on that!
