30 Slam balls,
50 Foot bear crawl,
30 Slam ball twists,
50 Foot crab walk,
30 Superman Rocks,
50 Foot bear crawl,
30 Hip extensions,
50 Foot Crab walk,
30 Slam ball push-ups,
50 Foot bear crawl.

Looks like everyone wants another Nutrition Challenge!!  We will it together and roll it out in the next couple weeks – stay tuned!  Remember Saturday we will only have a 9 am Wod and at 10 am we will have Yoga! Come get your flexy bend on!
