WORKOUT 19.4
For total time:
3 Rounds of:
10 Snatches 95/65,
12 Bar-facing burpees.
Rest 3 Minutes before continuing with:
3 Rounds of:
10 Bar muscle-ups,
12 Bar-facing burpees,
Time cap: 12 Minutes, including 3-minute rest.

Attention: It’s another fun one with gymnastics into gymnastics in the second part which we have never seen before in the Open! Also, remember to wear Green for the St. Paddy’s day theme and bring Green or Irish Themed Treats as well – we will be providing donuts but there is not a food truck tomorrow!! Also, please try to show up between 4:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. and Alecio will be doing the wod talk at 5 p.m. and the first heat will be going soon after.  Please expect to be in similar heats that you have been in in prior weeks.
