19.2

Beginning on an 8 Minute Clock, Complete as many reps as possible of:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
15 squat cleans, 135 / 85 lb.
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
13 squat cleans, 185 / 115 lb.

If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
11 squat cleans, 225 / 145 lb.

If completed before 12 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
9 squat cleans, 275 / 175 lb.

If completed before 16 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
7 squat cleans, 315 / 205 lb.

Attention:  19.2 is looking fun! This one logistically is a bit more challenging than 19.1 – therefore, we need everyone to show up as close as they can to 4:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. to get the heats rolling! Please be flexible with where I need to put you in heats.  Also, if you can string together double-unders, and even do singles on the Toes to Bar, I would encourage you (if you can do one of the first starting clean weights) to do this Wod Rx.  Make sure you know your weights and/or scale before you start as it’s not your judge’s job.  Also, it will be “Pie” day for our theme – CrossFit Helo has bought 6 pies from Marc and his family to support their adoption and we will also be bringing in pizzas for you towards the end of the heats! Please feel free to bring extra treats and drinks!
