Attention:  The CrossFit Open has begun!!! Remember we will be running heats in the evening for all athletes that have signed up so there are no evening classes. The heats will start around 5 p.m. so if you want to do one of the earlier times, please make sure you arrive around 4:30 p.m. Alecio will go over game plans and strategies around 5 p.m. The Matterhorn will be there from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. serving up the most amazing french toast in Utah! So come compete or cheer – you can still sign up and lets make it a ton of fun this year!!
