Attention:  Another great turnout for the 2nd talk tonight for the Challenge!  Remember that it starts tomorrow so fill in your log for Friday (figure out your protein calculation and document your first day) and then be prepared to turn in your log by 12 p.m. on Saturday to your assigned coach! We know its a bit challenging with the new components and the veggies/fruits so just try your best. Stay tuned to the group page and the Helo Instagram story, for pictures of different items being weighed so you can see and get ideas (i.e. the banana with the peel on versus without is pretty entertaining:).  Also, the winner of the Raffle for the December Challenge is ….
