WOD GFF In teams of 2 3 Rounds of: 6 Power cleans 185/125, 2 Minutes max calories on rower. Rest 4 Minutes. 3 Rounds of: 10 Deadlifts 225/155, 2 Minutes max calories on bike. 1 Partner works the other rests.

WOD “Tabata Something Else” Pull-ups, Push-ups, Sit-ups, Squats. 20 seconds of work followed by 10 second break. Attention: Preston is teaching the Squat in the Powerlifting Class.
